Boyster is a mutant orphan mollusc, who’s taken in by a human couple that raises him as their own son. That is until the day he realizes he’s different. Seriously, what kind of child understands whales, owns a speaking shell or is able to create pearls simply through eating chalk full of calcium? Yet Boyster only wishes for one thing: to lead the normal life of an 11-year-old kid. And he only fears someone may discover his secret.
